  • What is a Tour Stop?

    A Tour Stop is the term we use for a home/project selected to be a part of the 2025 Landscape Artistry Showcase.


    As the business responsible for the project, you will be known as a Host so attendees know who you are and can approach you.

  • What do we receive as a 2025 Tour Stop?

    • All professional images and video content created before, during and after the event of your project w. full rights (Including The Homeowner)
    • Industry Announcement For Each Selected Tour Stop Landscape Professional & Project Neighborhood (Est. 20,000 Recipients)
    • Internal Announcement To Leaf Landscape B2B Distribution (Est. 8,000 Recipients)
    • Link + Page + Bio on Austin Landscape Tour Website
    • Dedicated Link: Austin Luxury Homeowner (100,000 Recipients)
    • Dedicated Instagram Post + Facebook Post (Leaf Landscape Supply)
    • Dedicated Instagram Post + Facebook Post (Austin Landscape Tour)
    • Onsite Activation @ Tour Home (Day-Of-Event) With Staff To Engage Attendees
    • Email Addresses & Contact Information of tcketed attendees

    Our selection panel reviews and weighs these key criteria when selecting a Tour Stop:

    • Signature/Unique Features
    • Plant/Landscape Diversity
  • If selected, does it cost money to be a Tour Stop?

    No. If you are selected as a 2025 Tour Stop,we will not charge you to enter or participate. 


    The Tour is funded by sponsors and ticket sales, ensuring we have the most applicants possible and that we choose our projects based on excellence and diversity. 

  • When will you announce Tour Stops for the 2025 Tour?

    The Austin Landscape Tour Team will collaborate closely with our panel to handpick the most diverse and extraordinary tour stops for the 2025 Landscape Artistry Showcase. 


    We will start to unveil featured landscape partners (aka. Tour Stops) and neighborhood details starting July 1st, 2025.

  • Do you have to be a client of Leaf Landscape Supply to be a Tour Stop?

    No. The Leaf Landscape Supply team is hosting the tour to promote the landscape industry for professionals and enthusiasts  - Tour submissions are open to ANY landscape business located in/around Austin, Texas.

  • How will people find us on the day of the Tour (Oct 18)?

    The day before the event, our event team will email ticketed attendees with addresses a list of Tour Stops and a map for them to plan their day and make the most efficient use of their time. 

  • Privacy and Security For Homeowner

    To ensure the safety and security of homeowners, we'll withhold exact addresses until the day before the event. Ticket holders will receive this information directly on their mobile devices, along with an interactive map. The data will be deleted at the conclusion of the event (Same Day).
