What is a Tour Stop?
A Tour Stop is the term we use for a home/project selected to be a part of the 2025 Landscape Artistry Showcase.
As The Homeowner, your outdoor space is known as a "Tour Stop" and your landscape professional will be known as a "Host," since they will be engaging with the ticketed attendees.

Guidelines For Event Attendees
The following guidelines are communicated to all attendees prior to the event:
- To ensure the safety and security of homeowners, we'll withhold exact addresses until the day before the event.
- Ticket holders will receive Tour Stop information directly on their mobile devices.
- The content containing Tour Stop addresses and neighborhood information will be deleted at the conclusion of the event (Same Day).
- All attendees will be required to check-in and will be required to wear their event lanyard or produce their mobile device for scanning.
- There will be no access to private bathrooms or the interior of any homes selected as a Tour Stop.
- There will be a representatives from Leaf Landscape Supply & the landscape professionals responsible for each project onsite from start-to-finish.
- Each home will have a table w. tent (and cover for shade), portable trash cans, and coolers that will be set-up and removed the day of the event.

Privacy & Security
The Austin Landscape Tour and Leaf Landscape Supply Will Provide:
- Onsite staff assigned to each home for the duration of the event
- Dedicated staff member or volunteer at check-in table for the duration of the event
- Appropriate signage to ensure areas deemed "off limits" by homeowner
- Detailed records and check-in data to ensure only registered attendees are on homeowner property
- No public posting of homeowner address (Only available on day of event to ticketed attendees)

What Do Homeowners Receive If Selected As A 2025 Tour Stop?
- All professional images and video content created before, during and after the event of your project w. full rights
- 4 COMP Tickets (Value $80.00) for friends and family

Our selection panel reviews and weighs these key criteria when selecting a Tour Stop:

When Will You Announce Tour Stops For The 2025 Tour?
The Austin Landscape Tour Team will collaborate closely with our panel to handpick the most diverse and extraordinary tour stops for the 2025 Landscape Artistry Showcase.
We will start to unveil featured landscape partners (aka. Tour Stops) and neighborhood details starting July 1st, 2025.

Can A Homeowner Nominate Their Landscape Professional?
Yes! If you are proud of the work done by your landscape architect or installer, you can definitely nominate yourself (your home + landscape professional) for the event. We would then reach out to the landscape professional to see if they are interested in partcicipating!

How Do People Find Our Home?
The night before the event, our team will email ticketed attendees with addresses a list of Tour Stops for them to plan their day and make the most efficient use of their time.

Can We Be Present During Event?
Of course! Last year, some of our homeowners and their landscape professionals engaged with attendees and told thier stories together. This is your home and you can have as as little or as much participation as you would like. If you have any special requests, we would be happy to review them!
